Update!

We recently got e-mails from two girls who found our notes in the Anthropologie store near Copley Square.  One girl even spread scans of the note around her school! We hadn’t gotten any responses for a while, so it was great to know that some more had been found. There are still so many out there!

Hopefully this continues…

We got our second message about a discovered note! It was hidden in a book at Trident Booksellers & Cafe on Newbury st. Hannah, the girl who found it, said she will make a new note to hide!

Our First Response!

We left a note on a cowboy boot on Newbury St. yesterday and someone already found it and gave it a new home downtown!

The project begins!

Today we went to downtown Boston to hide our first batch of more than 45 notes!  We’re so excited and hopeful that they will be found and appreciated… Maybe they’ll bring a smile to your faces!

We hope you’re here because you already found a note, but if not, keep your eyes peeled.  If you found one, leave us a comment telling us where you found it, what it said, and what you thought of it.  We’re curious to see in whose hands the notes end up!  Also, feel free to send us pictures of the notes you find to thenoteproject@yahoo.com and we’ll be happy to post them here.

We’re hoping that we can continue this project, and with your help, make it grow.  Consider making a note of your own and hiding it somewhere special for someone else to enjoy.  (And don’t forget to write the URL of this website on the back to keep The Note Project united!)

Thank you for stopping by, and don’t forget: Strangers are only friends you haven’t met.
